On Wednesday, January 24, 2024, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (UMS) witnessed a historic moment as Prof. Ihwan Susila, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., was bestowed with a highly prestigious award by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti). The award was in the form of a Professor Title Certificate, officially presented in the meeting room of the University’s Board of Trustees (BPH).
The award was handed directly by the Head of the Higher Education Services Institute (LLDIKTI) Region VI, Mr. Bhimo Widyo Andoko, S.H., M.H. Present at the event were the Rector of UMS, Prof. Dr. Sofyan Anif, M.Si., the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of UMS, Prof. Dr. Anton Agus Setyawan, S.E., M.Si., as well as other university leaders.
Prof. Ihwan Susila now joins the list of professors in the Management Program at UMS. His achievements in the field of management not only solidify his position as a leading academician but also serve as an inspiration to the younger generation involved in this field.
The ceremony for the delivery of the Professor Title Certificate was not only a moment of recognition for Prof. Ihwan Susila but also served as an opportunity to appreciate the academics who have made extraordinary contributions to the advancement of education in Indonesia.
