On Tuesday, December 19, 2023, the Auditorium Moh. Djazman at Campus 1 of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (FEB UMS) was filled with warmth and enthusiasm to attend the orientation and farewell event for alumni. This event marked an important moment for the 167 graduates of FEB UMS who have completed their academic journey with excellence.
Among them, 53 individuals graduated from the management program. Among them, two individuals stood out. First, Raflinda Dian Sholikhin, who was awarded the Best Graduate of FEB from the management program with a GPA of 3.75. Second, Dinni Rachma Ragil Agustin, who was recognized as the Best Graduate in the Double Degree program with a GPA of 3.62.
Their achievements reflect dedication and hard work throughout their education at FEB UMS. Not only that, the six management graduates who successfully obtained cum laude honors also deserve high appreciation.
The event was also enlivened by the presence of a special speaker, Muhammad Rofiq Widyawan, S.E., the Chairman of the Management Alumni Association of FEB UMS in 1996. In his inspirational speech, he shared experiences and motivations for the new alumni to achieve success in their professional lives.
This orientation and farewell event for FEB UMS alumni was not only a moment to bid farewell to students who have completed their studies but also the beginning of their new journey to dedicate the knowledge and skills they have acquired for the progress of the nation and country.
